Today Noah had his 6 month doctor's appointment.  He was all smiles and the nurse had a tough time getting his vitals due to his determination to eat her stethoscope and name badge.  Noah also thought it was necessary to rip the paper on the table he was laying on.  By the time the doctor came into the room most of the paper lay in a pile completely torn to shreds.
