Thankfulness

For the second year in a row Reid and I flew solo for Thanksgiving.  Last year we went to our local grocery store on Thanksgiving Eve to get our prize bird.  So this year in "fly by the seat of our pants" fashion we ventured back to the same grocery store the day before Thanksgiving in hopes of getting the fixings for a feast.  The saying "early bird gets the worm" usually holds true with most life situations, but in the case of finding a turkey the night before Thanksgiving the "late bird gets a $30 turkey for $3".  The only mistake that we made was that we bought the smallest bird we could find.  When it comes to our waist smaller is better, but that theory does not hold true when you want a juicy turkey.

Two Months

This is a sampling of the "faces of Noah" that were captured
by Diane Peabody

The first face of the photo shoot.
It went south very fast

This was Noah's face for most of the photo shoot

Diane was so amazing.  She started taking pictures on Saturday,
but with all the crying and arm flailing
(not to mention that Noah was upset too!)
she wonderfully came back on Sunday to finish the shoot.

Still not impressed with the idea of being photographed

Closest we could come to a smile
Rockin the converse allstars!

First Halloween

Noah is dressed up as a very angry peapod!
His puppy Maggie is a pumpkin princess and even though she is not as vocal as Noah,
she also does not like her costume.  It is also Maggie's 3rd birthday today :)

Happy Halloween!
